Frequently Asked Questions

Who does this affect?

The core conversion will impact all members.

Will my account number change?

There will be one slight change to your account number. The check digit will be included as part of your account number. For example, if your account number is 126-4 now, your account number after the upgrade will be 1264. If you are unsure of what your check digit is, it can be found on your monthly statement. It is the one number after the dash.

Will I need to do anything different for my direct deposit?

No, your direct deposit will go through just as it does now without interruption.

Will I need to re-setup my payments within Bill Pay?

No, any payments set up with Bill Pay will remain active without disruption.

I currently get a paper statement, will I continue to receive one?

Yes, if you are not a current user of internet banking and receive a paper statement, you will continue to receive your statement in paper form. If you enroll in internet banking and wish to receive paper statements, you will need to opt out of e-statements.

What is a core technology platform?

Our core technology platform is the centralized technology hub that supports the fundamental and day-to-day business operations of the credit union.

Why are we changing our core technology platform?

Although our current core technology platform has been instrumental in supporting our day-to-day operations, it has its limitations. This upgrade is part of our ongoing effort to enhance our members’ experiences while helping us to achieve our goals and strategies

When is the upgrade happening?

While we have been working diligently behind the scenes for two years, the official transition to the new core technology platform will begin at 1 PM CST on Saturday, September 28, 2024, and will conclude on Monday, September 30, 2024. All services will be available to you at the start of business on Tuesday, October 1, 2024.

Is the upgrade process safe?

Yes. The security of your personal and account information is our top priority. We have stringent protocols in place to safeguard your data during the upgrade process. To ensure success, our team has implemented comprehensive measures for a seamless transition, including thorough testing, staff training, and contingency plans to address any unforeseen issues that may arise during the upgrade period.

Who can I contact for assistance or if I have further questions?
