March 16, 2020 Update:

At Fond du Lac Credit Union, the health and safety of our members, employees, and community are our top priorities. Given the evolving concerns around COVID-19, we are temporarily suspending lobby access, effective Monday, March 16, 2020, until further notice.

We continue to offer many options to serve your banking needs:

DRIVE-THRU AND NIGHT DROP SERVICES

Our Drive-Thru remains open during regular hours and will offer most banking services. If you don’t have a vehicle, you are welcome to visit our drive-thru on bicycle or as a pedestrian. Members may also continue to use the night drop, available against our building in the first lane of our Drive-Thru.

ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING

We encourage you to manage your accounts using FDLCU’s online and mobile banking services. These services are available to our members 24/7 and allow you to safely check your account balances, make payments, deposit checks, view transactions, and more – all from the safety of your home.

ATM’s

Our ATM is located outside of our lobby. It is located in the first lane of our Drive-Thru. FDLCU also offers a wide range of in-network ATMs throughout Fond du Lac and surrounding areas. Find them here.

TELEPHONE

You are welcome, as always, to call us directly at (920) 921-1123. Please note, there may be an extended wait time due to high call volume.

At Fond du Lac Credit Union, we dedicate ourselves to our members and community – we are here for you. We ask that our members stay updated as to how FDLCU is continuously working to find ways to help our community during this time. March 12, 2020 Update:

The coronavirus (COVID-19) is getting quite a bit of attention. There are a lot of unknowns and we want to assure you Fond du lac Credit Union is paying close attention to the situation. Your safety, and the safety of our employees and the larger community, are our top priorities.

WHAT WE'RE DOING NOW TO STAY INFORMED AND MINIMIZE RISK:

  • Our Leadership Team is monitoring the situation and keeping a close eye on government recommendations as well as the available information on the CDC website

  • We have a plan in place in the event there’s a local outbreak and our office needs to close temporarily. This includes taking steps to ensure you continue to have access to your accounts – in person, over the phone and online.

  • We’re implementing recommended cleaning and disinfecting precautions, especially on high-touch surfaces.
  • To keep everyone healthy, we're not shaking hands (air high five!).

AT THIS POINT, ALL SERVICES AND HOURS REMAIN THE SAME:

  • We are open as usual.

  • Our staff members are available from 9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Thursday, 9 am to 6 pm on Friday and in the drive-up 9 am - 12 pm Saturdays.

  • You can always access your accounts, pay bills, make loan payments and transfer money using online banking, or mobile banking. Not enrolled in online banking? Call 920-921-1123 to get started.

HOW YOU CAN PROTECT YOUR FINANCES:

  • With the ongoing developments related to COVID-19 and its impact on financial markets, the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) reminds investors to be wary of con artists seeking to capitalize on fear and uncertainty. Read their press release to learn more about what to watch out for to keep your investments safe.
  • While some scammers go for your money, others may go for your personal information.

ONGOING UPDATES:

We will continue to monitor the situation. This page is the best place to find the most current information, including any changes or service interruptions that affect members. Our Facebook page will also provide timely and ongoing updates.

If you have questions or concerns, please get in touch. We’re in this together and here to help!
